Mel Gibson, charged with corporal injury on a spouse (a crime of domestic violence), will plead no contest to simple battery tomorrow, according to reports. Mr. Gibson allegedly decided that a long court battle would strain his relationship with his children. The deal reportedly involves counseling but no jail time.
