Tampa Man Charged with DUI Manslaughter

A Tampa man has been charged with DUI Manslaughter following a crash that killed a 5-year old girl, authorities say. FHP is reporting that Rolando Rojas of Tampa swiped two cars on Friday while trying to squeeze between two lanes. He then hit a van in an intersection, hurting several children and killing Lilly Mills of Brandon. Rojas is also being charged with DUI Manslaughter, Reckless Driving with Serious Bodily Injury, and four counts of DUI with Property Damage.
