A Lithia resident was charged with DUI Manslaughter this week after the truck he was driving smashed into another vehicle, killing the driver. The victim has not yet been identified. The driver, Jeff Bair, was driving a Ford F-250 north on SR 39 when he hit a Honda from behind. The car caught on fire and killed the driver after ending up in a ditch.
