The results of pop star Justin Bieber’s DUI breath test are in, and it looks like the singer, 19, blew a .014 – just a fraction of the legal limit!
In his arrest affidavit, the Officer who busted Bieber wrote that he “immediately smelled the odor of alcohol emanating from the driver’s breath” and that the singer had “slow deliberate movements and a stupor look on his face.”
Bieber did admit that he was under the influence of marijuana, prescription drugs, and alcohol as well. But could the low BAC be just the defense that the star needs to defend himself from these charges? Perhaps the defense team will use the over-zealous police report to poke holes in the story police are telling.
