After being charged with DUI last month, Bobby Brown is going to get off
with a firm slap on the wrist. Despite claiming he was not under the influence,
Brown pled "no contest" to one count of driving with a blood
alcohol content level of .08 or higher and in exchange for the plea, prosecutors
dropped the charges.
The "bad boy of R&B" originally faced six months in jail
and $1,000 fine per charge but will now face no additional jail charges
although he will be required to complete a 90-day alcohol program.
