An Inverness man was charged with DUI Manslaughter this weekend after his passenger died when the truck he was driving overturned. Steven Dickson, 62, was driving his Chevy SSR when it went on to the shoulder and flipped over, police say. Police say Dickson's BAC was .155, almost twice the legal limit. Police say the passenger, Deborah Dickson, died at Tampa General Hospital.
