Deputies ran Caldwell's tags and saw that his license was suspended; as they impounded his vehicle they found a bag of marijuana as well. Caldwell attended University of Florida and was drafted by the Chargers in 2002. He played with the Redskins and Pats over his six season career. His younger brother, Andre Caldwell, is a wide receiver with the Bengals.
