Tampa Man Charged with Poaching After Facebook Post Showed Him with Deer

A Tampa man has been arrested after authorities were tipped off to a facebook photograph of him with a dead deer. The man, Kyle Edwards, faces a year and a half in jail and up to a $1,500 fine for killing a deer and an alligator. This is just one more of those stories that reminds us all how careful we must be with Facebook and other social networking sites - the State can and will use your posts against you!
